Refund policy

All products are eligible for a refund only if they are unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, seals, labels, and accessories; the product must be returned free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration. For hygiene and safety reasons, any item that has been opened, tested, or used—even partially—will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are carefully handled and securely returned, as products that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may also be refused. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and determine eligibility at our sole discretion, and any returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
